He is experienced in and known for his passion for public speaking and consulting on the topics of how position, privilege, and power affect organizational success, education, and the acceleration and improvement of racial equity in organizations. Jonas also enjoys exercising his talents as an amateur musician, primarily focusing on voice and guitar, and, more than anything, spending time with his son.
